JANUARY WELLNESS PROGRAMS AVAILABLE IN 2024!


I am so excited to kick off 2024 with 3 different options for my girls who are starting in different places this new year.  I have some options for your January health plan - and there is something for everyone. Each of my fit clubs is designed to help you lose unwanted weight in the most effective, time saving ways! Most of the women who join me lose 7-10 lbs in the first 30 days. They also learn a foundation for their healthy lifestyle and build healthy habits together so that they stick for life. OPTION ONE:

INTUITIVE GREEN MEALS FOOD MINDSET COURSE


For the woman who wants to accomplish this:

  • baby steps with eating healthier

  • a food plan that does not restrict them or make them feel guity if they mess up

  • a food plan that lets them eat in large volumes while also helping them lose unwanted fat

  • help with the way she looks at food because she knows she has a shame/food remorse situation going on every weekend and wants to break the cycle

  • a systematic approach to fitness that is designed for maximum fat loss, building lean muscle and giving her more energy
