Join our virtual Barre class!

I am SO excited to be trying this brand new barre program in January! If I'm being honest, I've always been a little jealous of the women who took barre classes...for a few reasons. First, because they look incredible and attained that lean, trim look without doing a ton of jumps or running. Second, because they are also super flexible like dancers! I can remember after having my kids feeling like my hips just DON'T move the same. And that's still a major issue for me. I just know this barre program can help my hips regain that mobility I've been missing. And third, because of their incredible POSTURE! The End of the Year Resolution Challenge!

Wow! Can you believe we’re in the final month of the decade?! 2019 is coming to an end and for a lot of people, the holiday season means overeating and exercise abandonment. Most adults gain an average of 8 pounds between mid-November and mid-January… and never lose that extra baggage. But not us! Not this year! I want to invite you to ditch the “new year, new me” mentality and start working on being the healthiest and happiest version of you RIGHT NOW with the End of the Year Resolution Challenge!
