FALL INTO FITNESS is all about building lean muscle and burning a ton of calories! 

In 30-40 minutes, you’ll burn what would normally take AN HOUR AND A HALF at the gym – and you don’t even have to leave your house.  

By combining weightlifting and high intensity interval training (HIIT) with a short core routine, you are going to shred and tone your body in 8 weeks. 


Best part:  the commitment is only 4 days a week!  This is the perfect time of year - the crazy start of school and mad dash before the holidays - when you need something quick & effective to get the job done.




Who is it for?

Someone with a baseline of fitness already established.

Someone who doesn't want to spend hours at the gym to achieve results.

Someone who is ready to follow a scheduled workout plan, including nutrition guidance, and what to do on rest days for maximum results.

Someone who is not willing to leave the house for their workouts anymore.

Someone who wants to be trained by a professional without spending the money or having the time commitment that personal training entails.

Someone who is ready to change the shape of their body once and for all BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS but who only wants to commit to 4 days per week!

How does it work?

The program is divided into two parts: the first 6 weeks is designed to tone your body, and the last two weeks will burn through calories and fat.

The only equipment required is a set of light, medium, and heavy weights or resistance bands.

One of the great things about this program is that you will not get bored because you will never do the same workout twice!! Plus, you will only be working out FOUR days a week and you will still be able to achieve incredible results.

What is included?

All members of the FALL INTO FITNESS program will have access to online workouts that they can do in their homes on their own time schedule.


You will receive a Nutrition Guide to make sure you are eating the right protein, nutrients, and healthy carbs and fats that your body needs.  


You will get a Workout Calendar as well as a Weight Progression Tracker. 


You will be replacing your worst meal each day with a superfood shake called Shakeology. 


There are other Performance Line supplements (optional) you can add to this program to have your body burning fat and running strong through these lifting sessions, too.   We can discuss all of your options when you're enrolling to see what will work best for you.

The FALL INTO FITNESS Challenge Group is forming NOW and we begin on OCTOBER 8TH!
