Wow! Can you believe we’re in the final month of the decade?! 2019 is coming to an end and for a lot of people, the holiday season means overeating and exercise abandonment. Most adults gain an average of 8 pounds between mid-November and mid-January… and never lose that extra baggage.
But not us! Not this year! I want to invite you to ditch the “new year, new me” mentality and start working on being the healthiest and happiest version of you RIGHT NOW with the End of the Year Resolution Challenge! We’re setting goals in December because the present is the best time to be your best you.
Now, I’m not telling you not to eat your grandma’s amazing sugar cookies or to spend hours in the gym away from your family. I’m talking balanced nutrition (with room for baked goods), at-home workouts that won’t take away from precious holiday time, and a supportive community who will have your back every step of the way!
Here’s the thing… whether you think you can or think you can’t… you’re right!
Even if you have superhuman willpower, the holiday season is challenging for EVERYONE. Staying on track can seem so daunting. You feel like swan-diving into the eggnog and sending your sensible routine into hibernation until the New Year. But as we all know… excess pounds don’t disappear along with the decorations! And nobody wants to start the new year in the hole, goal-wise.
So, my goal in December is to help you learn to enjoy the holidays without feeling deprived, to find a way to sustainably fit fitness into your life, to learn and practice healthy habits, and to finish out the year reaching some really awesome goals!
Here's what you'll get when you join us on December 16th:
