Healthy Obsession: My Newest 3 Week Challenge With Autumn Calabrese

I AM SO EXCITED to announce that my all time favorite trainer has a brand new program out starting on November 7th - and it's a shorter spin-off from the booty/total-body hit program 80 Day Obsession! It's called Healthy Obsession and it's an all-new program that has 3 weeks of workouts followed by a week of functional recovery by Beachbody Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese, only on BODi. Starting November 7, I am hosting an accountability group that is featuring this BODi block program and I know it will help you sculpt your core, lift your booty, and get an incredible allover workout in just 4 weeks.

What's Healthy Obsession?

Healthy Obsession is a fresh, new take on the original program that delivers the same kind of incredible results Autumn Calabrese is known for. It’s designed to deliver an ultra-effective total-body workout with visible results - and you will FEEL IT!

Is it time to level up your fitness game? Or maybe you're in a plateau or fitness rut lately. Healthy Obsession helps you go all-in on your commitment to yourself — right before the holiday season kicks in. Build strong, lean muscles and get into your healthiest mindset so you can feel your best during the most hectic time of year.

Healthy Obsession Workouts:

They’re an energizing way to start the day, especially with daylight hours getting shorter.

And jumping on them first thing helps ensure that you never miss one — and that you enjoy consistent total-body results. If you’re an Autumn superfan or fell in love with any of her other programs like 80 Day Obsession, you’ll feel right at home in these classes.

For the first 3 weeks, you’ll work out 5 days a week for 60 minutes a day. Each day during the first 3 weeks of Healthy Obsession, Autumn will take you through a different workout that’s modeled after the original 80 Day Obsession program.

The 4th week will slow down the pace because it's a functional recovery week - there are only two 60-minute workouts. During this functional recovery week, we lower the intensity in order to help you transition into whatever workouts you are tackling next.

There also will be 3 optional bike rides that can be swapped in on your Cardio Fusion workouts.

Day 1: Total Body Core — Work your entire body using compound exercises (movements where you’re using more than one muscle group at a time) designed to challenge your core and maximize strength gains and calorie burn.

Day 2: Booty — Target those glutes with isolation exercises that are made to help shape a firm, round butt.

Day 3: Cardio Fusion — This lung-busting workout alternates between low- and high-intensity cardio exercises with challenging core moves to enhance endurance, incinerate fat, and sculpt your abs. Autumn adds a bonus at the end with some “Cardio Flow” moves.

Day 4: AAA — Your arms, abs, and a** are the focus of Autumn’s “Triple A” workout, which uses weights, resistance loops, and strength slides to build muscle and burn the fat that covers it.

Day 5: Legs — Build a leaner, stronger lower body with this challenging leg workout, which hits your quads, hams, glutes, and calves from every angle.

Healthy Obsession Nutrition:

What you eat is crucial to maximizing your results! Autumn recommends following her healthy eating plan, Portion Fix. If you want to dial in your eating even further, check out the timed-nutrition option in Portion Fix. If gut health is a concern, check out The 4 Week Gut Protocol.

And make sure you’re nourishing your body with the right clean supplements: I recommend Shakeology, Energize, and Recover. Since the workouts are longer, Hydrate is also beneficial.

Healthy Obsession Equipment:

You will need a few pieces of equipment to work out with Autumn during her Healthy Obsession Sample Super Block. If you’ve worked out with Autumn before, you likely have most of the equipment already.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells

  • Strength slides

  • A set of resistance loops

  • Fitness mat (optional)

  • And for your eating plan, a set of portion-control containers

  • Optional: A Beachbody Bike for the 3 bike workouts that can be swapped for Cardio Fusion workouts
