My Real-Life Morning Routine: The anti-aging plan to look younger after kids 🔥

I know what it’s like to want to change your routine, but actually doing it? That’s a whole different story. I remember waking up and grabbing my phone before my feet hit the floor, scrolling aimlessly, talking myself out of working out because I was tired and felt like I “deserved” more sleep. And honestly? I was tired—but what I didn’t realize was that the reason I felt so drained wasn’t because I needed more rest… it’s because I wasn’t moving my body enough. Energy begets energy. It’s science. And once I truly understood that, everything changed.
These days, I keep it simple but intentional. I wake up and chug a big glass of water with my clean pre-workout and electrolyte drink—because mama needs to be hydrated and alert before the chaos begins. It gives me clean, sustained energy without the jitters or crash. I sip on it while I throw on my workout clothes and let the dog out.
I don’t do crazy long workouts—3 to 4 days a week, short (30-45 min)and effective, and done before my coffee. Movement first, always. And if you’ve been trying to get consistent, I’ve got you. Grab the exact workouts I use here—it’s made for busy women who need quick wins, not burnout.
Fuel is a non-negotiable. After my workout, I blend up my go-to protein and collagen supplements to stabilize blood sugar, reduce cravings, and keep my skin glowing.
