Anti-Aging and Deep Sleep: The Night Routine That Changed Everything

I used to stay up way too late, scrolling through reels, sipping on red wine after a long day…stressing, or trying to catch up on a million things I didn’t finish during the day—then wonder why I felt like a zombie in the morning. Sound familiar? These days, I’ve completely flipped that script. I crave my night routine because it’s honestly my secret weapon for better sleep, clearer skin, and actually having energy to crush life the next day. I’m gonna teach you how to act like an old lady - but look so much younger because of it right now ;)


Most nights start with a shower after I put my kids to bed, because mama’s hair gets washed every other night—and then I let it air dry because, let’s be real, ain’t nobody got time to blow dry unless it’s a special occasion. After I shower, I go straight into my non-toxic, anti-aging nighttime skincare routine that is different than my daytime skincare routine. It’s been a total game changer. Now, to work from the inside out, I take a few supplements that have made a big impact on my aging process. Here’s what’s working for me in my mid-40’s:

Then I grab my blank journal and write down a few wins from the day. Not a to-do list, not the five things I didn’t get done—just what went well. After that, I take a quick look at the next day’s agenda and create a simple to-do list so I’m not waking up frazzled and playing mental catch-up. I’m intentional about staying laser focused—for my kids, my business, and my peace.
