Barbecue Chicken Marinade


  • 2 lbs chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (low in sugar)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 Tbsp chili powder


  1. Place and all other ingredients into a freezer bag along with the barbecue sauce, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, as well as the chili powder.

  2. Place in the freezer and freeze. When you’re ready to use, let it defrost overnight in the fridge.

  3. You can place in a bowl of water to help speed up the defrosting as well.
