Sure Thing BODi Program Details

Our Fit Community is testing out a brand new workout program to kick off our healthy habits in 2023. In January, we are so excited to be starting a brand new workout program by Megan Davies, one of BODi's super trainers, called Sure Thing!

Basics:
☑️ Sure Thing will have you commit to 30-45 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 8 weeks to help you build muscle, burn fat, and work on strengthening your core, everyday.
☑️ Sure Thing includes 36 real-time workouts that invite you to go all-in with your fitness and nutrition! It alternates between endurance and power-based strength training, plus cardio and conditioning, every week. Every 4th week is devoted to functional recovery with a hybrid training approach to keep you challenged, but never overtrained
☑️To make your results a Sure Thing, you'll need a variety of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, Strength Slides, and an optional mat. There
