Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
1 large shallot (2 tablespoons minced)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried dill
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups (18 ounces) 2% or whole milk Greek yogurt
Ground black pepper
Directions:
Mince shallot.
Combine shallot with the remaining ingredients.
If your yogurt is too thick, stir in a few teaspoons of water until it is at the desired consistency.
Serve immediately and enjoy or store refrigerated.
