Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip


  • 1 large shallot (2 tablespoons minced)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons dried dill

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 cups (18 ounces) 2% or whole milk Greek yogurt

  • Ground black pepper


  1. Mince shallot.

  2. Combine shallot with the remaining ingredients.

  3. If your yogurt is too thick, stir in a few teaspoons of water until it is at the desired consistency.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy or store refrigerated.
