Gluten-Free Instant Pot Apple Crisp


  • 4 apples cut into 1/2-inch chunks

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 4 tbsp butter melted

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon divided

  • 1/2 cup water


1. Add water and apples to the Instant Pot. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of cinnamon on top of apples.

2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, oats, maple syrup and remaining 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

3. Drop the oats mixture by the spoonful on top of apples.

4. Close the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 5 minutes on High pressure. When it's done cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining steam.
