CILANTRO AVOCADO YOGURT DRESSING


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Cup Cilantro (chopped)

  • 1/2 Avocado (large)

  • 2-3 Tbsp Lime Juice (Juice of 1 large lime) Directions:

  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Add the cilantro, avocado, and lime juice.

  3. Using an immersion blender, puree until the mixture is smooth.
