Ingredients:
frozen strawberries
banana
chia seeds
vanilla extract
honey
oats – quick or old-fashioned
milk
ice
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a (high-speed) blender.
Run the blender for approximately 1 to 2 minutes (or until completely smooth).
Pour and serve your smoothie.
