STRAWBERRY OATMEAL SMOOTHIE


Ingredients:

  • frozen strawberries

  • banana

  • chia seeds

  • vanilla extract

  • honey

  • oats – quick or old-fashioned

  • milk

  • ice

  • Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a (high-speed) blender.

  2. Run the blender for approximately 1 to 2 minutes (or until completely smooth).

  3. Pour and serve your smoothie.
