Instant Pot Weight Loss Soup


Here are the ingredients for Instant Pot weight Loss Soup

½ cup purple cabbage

1 Tbsp olive oil

½ cup sweet onion diced

1 cup of diced carrots, 3

1 cup of diced celery, 4 stalks

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 red bell pepper diced

1 zucchini diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half

8 cup of vegetable broth

1 fresh bay leaf

1 Tsp of fresh oregano

1 Tbsp diced basil

2-4 pinches of red pepper powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

How to make:

  1. Dice all vegetables.

  2. Turn Instant Pot on to sautee.

  3. Sautee onion, carrots and celery and garlic with olive oil for 7 minutes.

  4. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot and stir.

  5. Cover the pot with the lid and seal.

  6. Seal the release valve and cook on manual for 5 minutes.

  7. Once done you may quick release the steam carefully then remove the lid.

  8. Enjoy!
