WHY AT-HOME WORKOUTS PRODUCE RESULTS

Hey! So, you’ve seen us working out at home. You’re wondering about the space, the equipment, the logistics of how we do this. Let me tell you WHY this works and break down how you can benefit from something like this, too.

I was a complete gym rat in my 20’s. Loved the environment, the classes, the social aspect of working out with friends. I would spend hours on the treadmill and lifting weights, doing the same thing year after year without knowing exactly what I could be doing to change it up. So, I maintained, I continued to go but when life got busy, of course it was easy to justify skipping a day because well, the drive, the inconvenience of spin class being at 7pm on a thursday night. Sometimes, it just didn’t work for me.

All of it felt very overwhelming and I knew I had to find a way to exercise for ME. I needed the time for myself, I missed it.

I started getting up early before my kids woke up and got in a 30 minute workout before 7am. I followed the workout calendar provided to me by the program I chose to do (there are hundreds to choose from) so I didn’t have to THINK about anything. I completed the 21 Day Fix and PiYo then had the option of choosing another program each time one ended. So I never got bored, I always switch it up and therefore I always get RESULTS.
