The Ultimate Workout Motivation

When you're beginning a new workout program, clean eating program or just trying to track your moves on your new FitBit, the worst is when no one else around you is on board. It's enough of a struggle in your own head to get on track and stay on track. Family members, friends and co-workers are notorious for pulling you down with them. We can't blame them, they're not doing it on purpose, but when their head is not in the same place as yours and their goals are not aligned with your own - it just doesn't feel good. You feel deprived when you can't eat what they're eating, you're tempted to skip the gym and go shopping with your girlfriends after work or even worse - your husband orders pizza for the second time this week and you - Just. Can't.

Flipside of all of that - remember when you had a friend or spouse who was actually ALL IN and joined the gym or nutrition program WITH YOU?! Remember how amazing and awesome that was and how much easier it was to stick with it? As a weight loss expert, I have found the following two key situations to be true in order to be successful: you need accountability and misery loves company. It's basic human nature and unless you PLAN for success (example: sign up for shit together), you're likely going to get sucked back down to the level where most of your friends and family are at.

We are the most like the people we spend the most time with. If you surround yourself with health-minded people, successful, driven personalities - chances are you're going to adopt some of those same traits or at least feel more positive having been around them.

This is the strategy behind my fitness challenge groups and exactly WHY they work. Let me explain what it is.

In my fitness challenge group, you get three things:



Accountability and support from others doing the same program *this is the key ingredient!!

Workouts vary from 20-45 minutes a day (depending on the program we feel would work best for your lifestyle - we pick this out together!) and I teach you everything there is to know about proper nutrition. Everything is done within a private Facebook group where I provide you with daily accountability, motivation, recipes, tips and anything else you may need for SUCCESS!! My challengers have the ability to log their workouts, their nutrition, and track their progress. If I see someone isn’t tracking their journey, you can be SURE I’ll be checking in with them and giving them the push and support they need. WHAT'S INVOLVED : 1. You will be doing at-home workouts that are streamed on-demand from your laptop or our app. You can start at any level. I help you pick the right workout for you initially (and throughout your journey) to make sure you are doing the fitness program that most fits with your current ability level and lifestyle. I help you progress through plateaus and switch your programs as needed to maximize your results. 2. You will replace one meal per day with a dense nutrition Superfood shake. 3. You will check in to the accountability group daily and track your progress. 4. You will be following a nutrition program designed to match your fitness program. You will correspond with me on an as-needed basis to make sure you are progressing as you should.
